Harwood Farm offers lesson horses for all levels of riding from beginner level ponies to advanced level riding and jumping horses. Horseback riding at any age should be fun. But when it comes to learning and taking lessons, safety always comes first. We start beginners at age 5 from the ground up, teaching them about safety, grooming, tack, and the fundamentals of riding. From children to adults, Harwood Farm offers quality horsemanship and customized programming for each individual client.

Meet kelly adams - harwood farm riding instructor
Kelly started riding when she was six years old living in Canada. She was given the choice of ballet or horseback riding, and without hesitation chose the latter. Moving to Massachusetts, Kelly rode and trained with Denise Marks at Southwind Farm, and had a successful show career in hunters, equitation, and local medals.
After several years away from riding and showing, Kelly has renewed her love of horses and became a licensed instructor. She is also a certified reiki practitioner and currently works as an ABA Paraprofessional. She enjoys sharing her love for horses and passion for teaching.
